The time to submit your proposal is now!

THE 21.2/B SBIR/STTR TOPICS ARE OPEN

The Open period has begun, May 19th, 2021.

The Navy’s 21.2/B cycle has a total of 39 traditional SBIR topics, and 3 Direct to Phase II topics. To take a look at the Navy topics and start asking questions, please visit here.  You can find all 134 DoD 21.2/B topics, 19 of which are STTR, here.

You are able to submit proposals starting May 19th, and ending June 17th at 12pm EST.

You may still ask questions during the Open period, but instead of asking them directly to the topic authors, you must ask them publicly through the SITIS website. You’ll find your answers in the Q&A icon directly under the topic.
